I’m a keynote speaker and transformational growth strategist who helps individuals, teams and organizations create the space they need to grow - personally and professionally - while often finding a new version of themselves in the process.
Over the years I’ve guided thousands of people through seasons of change. I know what it takes to navigate growth with clarity and courage. My professional journey has taken me from non-profits in inner-cities, to serving as an executive in HR in the construction industry overseeing leadership development, employee engagement and as a certified executive coach.
Growing up in rural Wisconsin and Missouri, then working in inner-city environments - I’ve learned the true meaning of diversity and meeting people where they’re at.
My life mission to help others discover what they’ve outgrown stems from my personal life experiences (often referred to as the “backpack of life”). Authenticity allows me to share relatable stories of overcoming hardships and beliefs that held me back for years at work and home until I realized what I had outgrown and became empowered personally and professionally.
This unique growth-mindset perspective helps audiences reveal and break down outdated beliefs, habits and barriers that often hold people and organizations back. I help others find a deeper understanding of capacity, purpose, and what it truly means to create space for growth.
In 2023, after outgrowing the limits I had put on myself in corporate leadership, I founded Perpetual Capacity Coaching & Consulting, LLC (PC).
Then, in 2024, I launched the Stop. Drop. & R.O.L.E. podcast, creating honest conversations for leaders (with or without the title) about growth, change, and the power of self-reflection. It evolves monthly, now having guests and other points of view to add depth and diversity of thought around some of the most influential topics at work and home, in leadership.
Intentionally blending my rural upbringing, urban work experience, and personal journey, I create relatable storytelling, practical strategies, and a candid approach that encourages audiences to fully Reflect, Observe, and Listen to Evolve. (R.O.L.E.)
Whether speaking to blended groups of leaders, women’s retreat groups, or general diverse audiences, the message is clear: we all have room for growth, and it is possible. We simply need to discover what we’ve outgrown to make space for it.
I have two adult children and currently reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado with my life partner Brett and two cats, Ting Ting and Duke. You’ll often find me and Brett out on the trails in one of our Jeeps exploring the Rocky Mountains or, just me alone with my nose in a book geeking out on leadership data.
